Chilly start to the day. Was 16F when I bought my coffee this morning. The sun has come out though, and it is supposed to warm up to 43F this afternoon. That's warmer than we've been in about a week. It's going to melt what little precious snow I have left.
Had a friend come over last night upset because the woman he's lived with the last six years told him that she's no longer happy in their relationship. My immediate thought was "Thank God you're free of that parasite!" I couldn't say that though, so I listened and empathized. For financial reasons, she's going to continue to live with him until she gets her tax refund next spring (he owns the house where they live). I have my fingers crossed that they don't make up. He can do better.
This is Benny's big movie night. He bought FNAF 2 tickets back in October for opening night, which is tonight. He also bought a ticket for his friend Noah, which I thought was nice. Noah drives him around a lot, and this is Benny's way of paying him back.
I'll be watching North Texas and Tulane playing college football and am thankful that Benny is old enough that I'm not stuck at that movie. Jump scares irritate me.
