Saw those in person last week and thought they were a good maroon shoe. Would have probably bought them in a low version.
My son is wanting some crease protectors for his AJ3s. I have no experience with them. Do they work, do they rub on the top of your toes, are they pretty much all the same or is one type/brand better than others? Learn me good, sneaker thread. Thanks.
I've never understood crease protectors. Leather shoes are just going to crease as you wear them, and I think they look better worn. I do put shoe trees in a couple of my "nicer" pairs, though.
That said, I have read that they are really uncomfortable. And that you should probably go a size up if you're going to use them.

Tell him the creases are a flex that show that he wears his shoes. Most of these shoes are already not the most comfortable options available so I can't imagine making them less comfortable.
I knew the sneaker market was headed for a correction, but damn this thing is down bad. There havent been a lot of hyped releases since the Cherry 11's, and I don't see much on the calendar coming up except the Craft 4's in February. Lot of J's just sitting too. Nike Q1 financials are going to be interesting.

Positive for those of us taking regular Ls.....might be a great time to pick up a pair or 2 you've been wanting at a cheaper price.

It was bonkers for a bit after pandemic set in. Fall 2020 was the worst. You couldn't even get a fresh pair of forces. To a certain extent, I was guilty. I think I just had a little more free time while the world was on pause. I look at my shoes and there are definitely pairs I bought because I couldn't get other stuff. I need to figure out a decent way to liquidate some that aren't getting worn.
