The use of the word "records" seems intentional. Somewhere it was added to the narrative, and I didn't like it. I think it was intentional by the police. I think they know the story is false and they are trying to get Jussie to admit it.

He has been silent now 3 days, and there are far more questions than answers. When they say "he isn't being investigated, he is a victim," it reads like they are distancing themselves from being accused of calling him a liar and taking a defensive position.

The fact the CPD hasn't had a press conference... it was reported yesterday that the Commish was unavailable on Thurs but would give a report on Friday. Then they said "there is no scheduled press conference for the Empire actor case." Didn't call it by his name, just referenced Empire, and announced there was no PC. seemed odd.

Either the family is going to continue to go along with the fake story, or they are too blind to see it is fake and he hasn't even come clean with them. Based on their connectedness, I'm guessing they are accepting.

They were doing a big fund raiser for HBCU, and his sister is also well-known.

3 days and not a word. He is 36 hrs, or such from performing a music thingie in LA, and he can't be bothered to tweet... grab a mic or anything...

All he needs to do is snap a pic of his phone with the time/date stamp of the call and give it to police, or at minimum... post it to twitter, blurring out the phone number, to show he was actually on a call while outside in sub-zero weather.

There are some serious questions that need to be asked.
