I'm super sorry about that - I can't imagine that pain...and thinking about the horror that these drugs have caused in our country has honestly changed my whole point of view on this deal. Jim Himes (D) saying the strike video "was the worst thing I've seen in my xx years of public service" was absolutely disgusting. Someone send him a video of a late term abortion or a picture of a bedroom after a deadly overdose. I think about my dad having to go clean up a room after my uncle died of an overdose there...THAT is disgusting and horrific.
I have had so many thoughts on both sides of this entire story, mainly because I have been close to the mission and I do believe in following laws...my current stance: if these are considered illegal strikes, maybe our laws need to evolve to meet the threat our country is facing.
