So it begins. Like other liberal dummies, he believes homelessness is a housing issue.

Time to pump billions into the homeless problem and direct those funds to the DNC.

This is all so predictable.

I don't have a lot of experience in NYC and the little I've been there was pretty much all in Manhattan with exception of to and from the airport. But what I do recall was that one week in February back in 2015 it was DAMN cold.

So I have to presume, especially for the duration of the winter that means the homeless will simply be moving into the largest subway stations and setting up near permanent residence. That'll be great for tourism and the general well being of the average New Yorker that doesn't rely on car service.

They attract drug activity and street crime and repel local business activity. They have done wonders for west coast cities /sarcasm, some of which have gone the opposite direction and started clearing or reducing them recently.

Leftists are some pretty willfully foolish or reckless people.

He said he was going to do free bussing. If so, they will make the busses their shelters.

Texas should do exactly what we did with illegals. For those homeless that want to go to NYC for all the free benefits and no hassles, put them on busses and transport them straight to the Big Apple.

What a great magnet for more homeless and all kinds of crime. Austin isn't great on the homeless question but when they stopped enforcing the camping laws it got BAD fast. As soon as they started enforcing it again the homeless magically got significantly better.

It is almost like they want to cause these problems to drive people OUT. Seems more logical when you look at it that way.

They are intentionally reckless. We must stop viewing their activity from a place of good. They are here to destroy.

The plan is for it to go to complete ****, pun intended, then when Dems win in 2028 they will get billions of funds to clean up the "crisis".

Only hitch with the plan is Dems are not going to win in 2028. If they do, I think a fair number of states will secede.

We are quickly nearing that point.

You may be joking but cities like Amarillo etc. did exactly that with homeless, to the peoples republic of Austin. I would support flying homeless folks to NYC, just as Abbott shipped illegal aliens there.

Let's stick with the Greyhounds and not airlines, unless it's Spirit. Then there will be little notice or interruption.

Thank you for you r attention to this matter.

I am not sure Spirit would know what to do with a bunch of people who were better dressed than their normal passengers.

I know libs never learn from their mistakes, but damn, you'd think they'd wait a few more years before doing something that has so recently and spectacularly failed.

Libs, plz stop voting for feelz. We all end up suffering and the problem you're trying to alleviate only gets worse.

The problem with socialism is that it has just never been implemented the right way by the right people. I am sure it will work this time!

This. He is going to funnel taxpayer money to the DNC AND his friends and family. It's like when Austin purchased / rented a hotel for their homeless..

This is just greed disguised as empathy.

Austin went through this.

Homeless people pooping in public on the downtown trail. One person set up his enampment in the middle of the trail. And a (clearly) liberal woman was arguing with him about it.

In our downtown office (very liberal company) a homeless man chased an employee with a machette - the employee escaped into our building just in time. The company never told the employees this, but said they were locking our office entrance during business hours out of an "abundance of caution". Liberals ALWAYS double down on their stupidity. Its their hallmark.

I'm 100% serious. Offer them $250, a backpack, a new blanket, a couple of bottled waters, and a box lunch to encourage them to take the deal, give them a free bus ticket and crank up the fleet. Everything else they need is waiting for them in New York City.
