I have about $1300 left in my FSA account and no medical/dental needs. Any good items to spend it on? Typically I stock up on sun screen and vitamins since I have a few hundred left at the end of the year. This year I've got a lot more to use up.

I see these workout leggings on my Facebook feed all the time that says you can use FSA on them. They're like $250 leggings because they have these pulley sort of things hidden in them that you can tighten and release, supposedly to help with back pain, hip pain, etc.

Then I see other ads where expensive TENS type units can be bought with FSA.

I say all that to say....it's surprising the things you can actually buy with FSA funds.

You can probably do RX RayBans. I did that one year.

How are your first aid kits?

Many options out there, but the links above are both reputable companies. Stay away from Amazon, much of their medical stuff is knockoffs.

Was in the same boat recently and learned about Truemed and its program with different companies. I just bought my daughter a Woom bike for Christmas using FSA dollars. Note, it required a medical survey be filled out and they provided a LMN, but it beats the $500 dollars of random cough medicine, etc. from Amazon and opens the options up a bit.

Ya, you can spend FSA money on any dependent.
