Go figure. As soon as I get a grading permit, it's going to rain and cause even more delays.

6 inches at coit and Campbell. Drove home from Springfield MO yesterday and it rained on me pretty much the whole way. Brief respite from maybe Anna to home then started pouring right after I got unloaded

Crazy how a mile or so can be the difference of +/- 2" of rain.
