No - Friday was soldout. My brother got La Quinta for Saturday night for $336 after taxes and fees.

I'm guessing you've had the condo reserved for some time. If not then great job.

We had a beach house for 12 adults and 13 kids that each couple was paying $650 for (less than $4,000 total for 7 nights). Then again we didn't get to use it because of Dolly.

I can't imagine paying that much for LaQuinta. This is where we always stay right on the beach. Inlaws were down there last week & there isn't any damage.

I just got back. Great time.

OK, I paid $75 for Wend and Thursday, and $125 for Fri and Sat. 2 bedroom condo built in '05, with a pool. Oh, and 1/2 a block from the beach. We do something like this every year...my wife and I were commenting on the way back why on earth anyone would pay double for hotels. I mean, we had a full size fridge, oven/stove, etc. and two full baths. And 2 TVs and a washer/dryer. This place was perfect.
