rained so muchhhhh

I have recorded 22 inchecs of rain at my house in south Edinburg since the 4th of July. Last year we had 20 inches of rain in July period. I guess this isn't so much worse than last year.

What seems to be a lot worse is the mosquitoes. After the hurricane the city sprayed down my road the mosquitoes got some better, then the airiel (sp?) spraying finished the job. Unfortunately this last round of rain (5 inches this week), they are back in force. If it will just get good and hot with some wind I think the problem will right itself fairly soon. No lawn mowing till then!

bad boys are brutal up this way as well.... i swear I saw a chihuahua being carried away by some the other day

Dude, I doused myself in that crap till it was DRIPPING off my skin. And I still got bit like a mofo. Prob. doesn't help that I sweated it all off in about 10 min.
