Wow. Since Compass took control 3 weeks ago wait times for deposits have gone from less than 5 minutes to over 20 minutes for me. Today I waited 15 minutes in line at a drive thru and then saw that the 'tube' thingy was missing. I waited over 5 minutes hitting the send and call button to no avail. As I drove off I noticed that there were 2 employees in there trying to handle 5 lanes of traffic (well over 25 cars by the time I left).
Employees have been quitting left and right making matters worse. Compass doesn't give instant credit on cash or checks and says they'll be implementing a new accounting system 'soon' to reduce wait times.
I thought I would give them a couple of weeks to get things straightened out but it's only gotten worse.
It's so bad even the local execs are opening up accounts at competing banks for their personal funds.
