Whereabouts in South Texas? Cheapest I saw was $3.11 in Victoria, but I didn't venture further south than Kingsville.

It was $2.99 in Waco this weekend, so I've heard.

It was $2.87 all over McAllen and Edinburg today. I filled up my pickup for $45 for the first time in a while.
