I'm trying to find a seemingly impossible toy for my son and have had zero luck so far.

He loves watching this video and has been asking for the past year and a half for a motorized side loading garbage truck like the one here.


From my research, it looks like these were made by Tonka back in ~2006.

Currently I'm not able to find anything similar on Amazon, eBay, FB marketplace, etc.

Does anyone know of a motorized side loading garbage truck available? Bonus if it is good quality, but tbh I not that picky at this point.

Look at Bruder Toys. They're really high quality. My kids had tons of these, but they loved the garbage truck the most. We'd crumple up bits of paper and fill trash cans placed all around the house and my son would go around the route and pick up everyone's trash.

Great suggestion - that's the exact truck we bought him last year (and he loves it!) when we couldn't find the motorized one.

Unfortunately, he still hasn't forgotten about the one in the video.
