Peptides talk anyone?

I'm considering starting a peptide regimen aimed at increasing fat loss, particularly around the midsection, and I'm trying to decide on timing.
I'll be out of the country for the first couple of weeks of July. Would it make sense to start now, run the regimen for about 45 weeks, take 2 weeks off while traveling, and then resume afterward? Or would it be better to wait and start fresh in mid-July?

Background:
  • Male, 51 years old
  • Lift 4x/week: 2 upper days, 2 lower days
  • Currently eating ~1,8001,900 calories/day
  • Protein intake: ~170175 g/day
  • Steps: ~10,000/day
  • Lost ~10 lb over the past 3 months
  • Waist dropped from ~35" to ~32"
  • Scale currently reads 22.1% body fat, but I feel like it's overestimating based on what I see in the mirror and the corresponding waistline decrease.
  • Starting scale body fat was ~24%
  • Current Arboleaf visceral fat reading: 9
I'm comfortable continuing with my lifting, steps, calories, and protein targets. I'm mainly wondering whether adding a peptide regimen could help speed up fat loss, and whether it's worth starting now given the upcoming travel interruption, or if waiting until after the trip would make more sense.

HOW MANY WEEKS, CALORIES AND PROTEIN PER DAY?! I think you're missing a few hyphens.

I would not let travel stop you. My understanding is you can travel with peptides.

Knowing what I know now and being a part of this community, I would suggest at a minimum starting Reta only for 8-12 weeks. See what that does with your schedule and workouts.

Then if you level out or plateau, add CJC/Ipa or Tesa to the Reta.

Edit: Fixed the missing hyphens. LOL

I think it's different for everyone, but I just focus on hitting my protein numbers with cleanish foods and don't worry about the rest. Some people do better with more carbs and some people do better with a little more fat, but protein is king.

This is what I'm doing as well.

Just taking 1.5 a week I was not hungry at all and really struggled with making myself eat. Have started again after my break from it and have actually lowered the dose some.

How on earth are people taking the dosages in that article?

Everyone's sensitive is slightly different. My wife takes like 1mg per week or less and adds a little Cagri and it's the perfect sweet spot for her. She is super sensitive to Reta.

This whole game is about measuring, managing and adjusting your own health regimen to hit your goals.

Also to add, a lot of people dose irresponsibly and are impatient. They crank up the dose and their body gets used to it and weight loss stalls, so they keep going up and up to try and achieve fat loss, instead of working on their diet or training harder in the gym, adding cardio etc.

I keep mine around 3mg per week for maintenance (which took me at least a year to work up to 3), and will dial it up to 4mg per week ONLY if needed. Like after the holidays when I gained a little lower belly fat from eating like **** and drinking too much to tolerate family holiday nonsense!

Then right back down to 3mg after a 2 week increase. This next cycle I'm starting I'm backing down to 2mg per week on Reta and adding some AOD for extra support since I'm focused on muscle building and need to increase calories.
