My dad is looking or a genital urinary trauma and reconstruction surgeon. This is all stemming likely from complications from radiation after prostate cancer. He's cancer free, but having a lot of issues. He had reconstructive surgery but it failed.

Any recommendations? He lives in East Texas, but we want him to see a specialists Overall he is healthy but this is hurting his quality of life.

I would assume there would be doctors that see this more often in Houston, DFW or even beyond that do these procedures frequently.
