Flying out Thursday night at 8pm. Should I plan on getting there earlier than usual? Any delays in TSA (I do have precheck)

Yes I would get there early. I don't know for sure if there are issues yet, but I know someone mentioned TSA issues at another airport recently (don't recall which one)

Went through yesterday and there wasn't any noticeable change. If it drags on weeks maybe they'll have staffing issues but not yet

No issue other than parking spot taking half an hour to show up and take me to terminal. Tsa was 5 minutes, flight was on time

Not IAH, but flew Hobby - Midway - Buffalo and Buffalo - Baltimore - Hobby this weekend. I was worried about air traffic controllers with it being a holiday weekend and connecting in busy airports. But zero issues or delays.

I went through IAH Terminal C about 4pm yesterday. Only 3 people ahead of me in the pre-check line. Regular security line was really short also. The airport in general seemed much less crowded than usual.
