Because it was purchased it's not subject to the newer rules besides club capacity.

Not likely in 2026, unfortunately. Ranch sold 1000ac to a solar farm and we're dealing with that kerfuffle plus will have to reduce the animal numbers proportionately. It's been.... Challenging. Cross fence just got completed this week but it's still to hot to trap or drive animals off it.
