I fear I am going crazy, but maybe others are having the same issue. I am unable to log in to the united website to make reservations and using the app isn't efficient for researching flights. I have tried clearing cache, cookies, different browsers, different machines, etc. and nothing seems to work. In some googling, many people have had this issue and some report it is a technical problem with your account. I am currently on hold with United, but has anyone else had this issue? This has persisted for me for about 6 months or so.

I just now logged in fine. No issues. Looked up a flight, acct info etc all working

I am on United.com a lot checking random prices. It's not uncommon for me to get errors.

Just wait a while.

Why don't you think app is efficient to check pricing? I think it's about the same.

Edit; I didn't realize you're talking about issues with simply logging on. I've never had that issue. I just get errors often when hitting enter to check a flight price.
