My company has a quarterly book club and I get to choose our next book. I'm curious if anyone has ready Extreme Ownership or Dichotomy of Leadership by Jocko Willink & Leif Babin and if they have had an impact on your personal or professional life. I've heard really good things but figured I'd try and get some good ol' TexAgs feedback before I submit my choice.

Extreme Ownership is a great read. We have turned it into a to a leadership session for our mid-level folks.

Highly suggest the audio book as well that Jocko and Leif narrate. Read it first, then listen to the audio book.

Awesome book by some awesome guys. I was first introduced to the book and its concepts at an internal leadership seminar. I've since bought/read most of their books and have listened to 100+ Jocko podcasts.

Really enjoyable book that has great leadership lessons. Love the application from their military training/skills to real life leadership.

We did a book study on this one as well, and it was an incredible experience for all involved. I find myself using the principals not just at work, but in life in general. I can't suggest this one enough!
