TCU strikes me as a team who went all in, new young coach, transfer portal, recruiting. This year aside from Olivia Miles which was a huge add, they have 4 players on their roster 6'7 and over. Ole Miss went crazy in the portal as well.

We need some results or a leader that people will want to invest in

Mulkey is a no go for me. There are good coaches out there that aren't bat crazy and champion narcissists

Antics aside I'd be thrilled with her finishing off her career at A&M. I was too young for most of the Baylor A&M women's basketball rivalry so maybe that's why I have a different perspective. Well Woodward money whipped her. The next AD may say wbb isn't worth losing a bunch of money. I don't see her coming here, I don't think Trev would spend that kind of money. Frankly I don't see her leaving period. Until all,this rev sharing, nil stuff stabilizes

Listen - bottom line - as much as we love Joni - she has to finish in the top half of the SEC and win a game of two in the tournament this year or she has to go. I don't care what barriers she has to personally overcome, but that is the absolute floor of what my expectations are for year 4.

I'm guessing you give a lot to the TMF to be so sure your expectations matter…at least $250K annually?

In one case you demonstrate your commitment. In the other you aren't committed but still haranguing.

I can never tell how a year will turn out. I told folks when she came Joni was already on my radar. But none of us imagined this. I just want our teams to play hard and build a positive trajectory. Every year. Good coaches make teams better over the season. I think Joni's capable of that, but I have no explanation for what we have seen.

Sir / mam (out of respect I do not know) - let me be clear, I desperately want Joni to be successful here. She is a great human being and has represented us with class. However, she has not given me confidence that she will be a winning coach for this program. I don't pretend to know the ends and outs of why that is. I can only compare to other new coaches that have turned around programs more quickly after a year or 2. At the end of the day, this is a results driven position. You don't get to keep your job because you are nice. I support her, of course. I will ***** and moan about losses and celebrate victories. This is not a coaching fan club forum. This is a place where we can say whatever we want. We deserve to have a competitive/great program. Currently, it is not that. I pray this is the year she turns it around. If not, I would not be sad if we moved on.

Obviously on the court she's failed miserably to this point and has sunk a once great program. I'm curious what is she doing to rebuild this programs reputation off the court. A&M Women's basketball has become an afterthought or a laughing stock, this program needs to be doing all it can to change that narrative.

Jamie Morrison speaks with the students before every game, he moved the student section to be on tv, he was meeting with students and hitting volleyballs with them around the MSC. Bucky invited the Reed Rowdies, the Aggie Dance Team, the Band to meet with him and take a tour of the facilities. He held an open practice and scrimmage. What is Joni doing to engage the 12th Man, to sell season tickets, to get students to the game. What is she doing to turnaround this failing program.

Look around, we're 4 days away from tip off and it's dead quiet around here. Other SEC schools had SCRIMMAGES with over 5000 people in attendance, tu just held a fan festival for women's basketball. What are we doing and will we have over 500 people for game 1? Gary Blair I miss you

Besides Vandy, what other SEC schools currently have multiple top ten teams in fall sports? Winning fixes most of your issues, and I'll try to be watching on Wednesday.
