When not too busy, we also do the drawings in Aggieland by-the-hour.
Without a proper borings soils report, we would have to assume same volatile clay supporting soils same as Aggieland, however. If those plans go to Austin, they wonder if we are building B52s on top of our foundation plans since many parts over there have more blessed soil.

I just went through this for a remodel, this group turned it around in about 4 days which was fantastic. I highly recommend them. They are over there right off Katy freeway and sent a 3rd party inspector during the pour.
