I live in the Louisiana boonies. I used to live in Chas, SC and ate the hell out of salt water fish.

Can't find anything round here but bottom sucking catfish, which i dont enjoy anymore.

She is out of Kemal, we have used for a ton of years in Houston. We've lived in CS for four years now and delivers to us- even goes to my classmate n Marble Falls. Her daddy started the business 25 years ago and she runs it now. She is good people.

Lots of fresh fish that is flash frozen. She make great homemade gumbo, crab cakes (w or w/o jalapeo), same with stuffed crabs, jumbo shrimp, etc. Her fresh fish can vary, but it is the typical gulf- orange roughy, red fish, etc.

If we are not home, we leave an ice chest on the patio with a check in it and come home to a ton of fish.

Tony's Seafood out of Baton Rouge will ship to you. Good spot for a box lunch if you're in BR.
