What can I do with this?

Was thinking of doing a stroganoff but not sure of a good recipe.

Have 3 kids that would be eating as well. I am trying to keep it kid friendly.

What are some other quick recipes?

Stroganoff is easy. You go to the store, buy some Hamburger Helper. Instead of ground beef you just go with tenderloin.

Get a pot of water boiling, salt it. Start cooking penne/rigatoni/farfalle or favorite sauce absorbing noodles.

- Saute lightly onion, shallot, garlic carrot and celery with 1 to 4 tbsp of butter (depending on amount of veggies you are doing) until browning, once browning has started deglaze pan with earthy red wine and pour in 1 to 2 cups more, let reduce for 1 minute then throw in your leftover meat. You want it to lightly coat back of spoon.

-pull al dente noodles directly out of pasta pot with slotted laddie or similar and place into pan with veggies meat and sauce. Cook on low medium to fully incorporate.

-place in bowls and shred favorite sharp/nutty cheese. Can do feta as well. Just add directly to pan after finished cooking.

Edit: I failed at reading and missed kid friendly. Sub low sodium beef broth for wine, and reduce quantity of it to 1/2 or 1 cup.

Kebabs

These two recipes are good and kid approved. They call for sirloin, but tenderloin works as well.

My kids wouldn't eat that. They'll eat rare tenderloin steaks. But no sauce.

Cube it for chili?

Steak grilled cheese is my go-to for leftover steak.

Why not just steak and potatoes?

Cheesesteaks, always.

I would just do breakfast hash with steak, eggs, hash browns, and cheese. I never cook a steak specifically for breakfast, but it's an awesome way to use the leftovers.

Tacos, flautas, quesadillas, nachos.
