Anyone have a go to spot for Tallow?

I thought the Whole Foods type spots would have it in stock but nothing is showing up on the grocery store apps.

there's a brand that I'm sure is also at Central Market that has tallow/schmaltz/lard they sell in jars- it's called Epic

Render it in the oven for clean tallow. Then season the solids and throw them on the smoker until crisp for beef cracklin's
