If you have them in your area, they have their fresh turkeys on sale for 67 cents/lb ,,,,, at least they do at the Bulverde store. Have one in a brine with pink salt added right now . Makes for great turkey sammichs.

Mine had fresh turkey breast crowns for $0.49/lb. One of the breasts is being cooked sous vide right now for a garnish for turkey consomm for dinner tonight, and the other is being cured to make turkey breast deli meat.
