I have this exact model. Works great but the gears and cutting wheel aren't stainless and will rust over time. I think mine is ~9 years old and the wife was just griping about it being rusty. I polished it up with some steel wool and hope I can get another 9 years out of it.

My wife was complaining about the can opener we had, so I got her this one as a Christmas present last year. I put it in her stocking.

It works great!
