Best upscale steak place for sure! If you're looking for something still nice but a little less formal, Primrose Path is connected to The Republic. It's a wine bar and tapas bar owned by the Republic people.

Another good option is Italia 1860. Nice restaurant and good food but can be loud if crowded. Upscale but not foo foo.

don't know why people would go there when Golden Corral is LITERALLY right across the street.
