This guy on TikTok has some great recipes. This one for Texas Trash is a little different. He uses bacon fat, allspice and pork rinds.
I went and bought a bag of regular pork rinds off the grocery store shelf, then a bag of real deal chicharrones from the Mexican meat market.
I made it last night. It yields two large aluminum pans. Really good stuff! (And he's got some Robert Earl Keen playing in the background).
