curious what yalls thought are on the topic these days? I've read a bunch of stuff that says you get more of vitamins and minerals, but is the "more" necessary in a healthy diet? for example, f you need 3 ug of B12 a day and grass fed gives you 7 and grain fed gets you 5, does the extra 2 beyond your surplus of 2 really do anything?
