If so, is it any good? I lost a lot of weight and now to maintain I watch my carbs and so I haven't had any beer in a long time and usually just go with liquor but I'm excited his new beer is low carb so I wondered if anyone had tried it or knew where to buy it. It wasn't at HEB today lol.

Doesn't look like it's truly available yet, based on their website.

Looks like it was co-founded with the former President of Ommegang, which is interesting. Based on the marketing, it looks like it would be secretly held by AB or something like that.

Also, brace yourself for other beer nerds, like me.

If it isn't available yet I bet it is soon. Aikman was at the Ice House the other day selling it from a table. I'm interested in trying it too.

I'm very curious how someone from Ommegang makes a beer that, from a spec standpoint, resembles mich ultra.

I love Ommegang but I associate them with strong fruity Belgian beer.

A good brewer can brew pretty much any style.

No doubt. Just a huge departure from style is my point. Granted he was the president which doesn't necessarily mean he had anything to do w/their actual beer if he happened to just beer hired as a business guy.
