I'm trying to figure out how to make a good SLICED American cheese. I followed the recipe in the video below and it tastes awesome, but after putting into plastic container and letting set, I was unable to get it to come out of the container. It was too sticky. Any suggestions on either what to do with my recipe, or what containers to put in while hot to make it easier to get out and slice?
