Anything you'd use regular hamburger meat in.

This stuff is about a 3/4 grind. I doubt it would hold together in hamburger steaks, meat loafs and such. Maybe something with pasta like a stroganoff. Shepherd's pie would work

It will hold together if you mix it enough to extract proteins.

Some taquerias use it for their asada if it is coarse enough.

Coarse grind meat is made from tough cuts of meat that needs extended cooking time (like chili). Use it like hamburger and you're going to end up with chewy meat with big balls of fat in it.

Think things like beef stew or carne adovada
