I'll add that if you're going to order from D'Artagnan, order a bunch of stuff you can freeze for later use to spread the shipping cost over multiple items.
Hudson Valley Farms online for the real stuff. They are reliable and source the product for others such as D'Artagon. Their premade products such as their torchon are grate and the raw product is some of the best available and by far the best in the US.
Dont want to order, cook and store whats left... and I dont know how to cook it...

Had it this last weekend but not in BSC. I was at Chez Nous in Humble. I can report that it is indeed very very good eats.
Avoid ordering from Marky's at all costs. We love foie gras and order 3 lbs for a dinner party. It was revolting.
