Recent flips highlight the simple fact of 'recruiting remains recruiting'

A couple of weeks ago, I sat at the desk on TexAgs Live during a Recruiting Country segment and put forth a hypothesis in which I stated that, due to the birth of pre-negotiated NIL deals, we would see less late movement as we arrive upon the early signing period.

Well, here we are, just eight days from prospects putting pen to paper, and I think we can go ahead and dump that prognostication in the trash can.
