Nice article linked on the home page about Vashti Thomas committing to A&M. She is a huge commit for Coach Henry - 42'TJ, 20'LJ, and 13.03 100 hurdles. We are going to be tough for a long time on the women's side.

Are doing an outstanding job of women's track recruiting, but have seen nothing regarding men's recruiting. Am hungry for men's info.

I am disappointed on the men's side as well. The team has gone backwards as far as the men are concerned although the women are very exciting. The make-up of this team is virtually all Pat Henry recruits. For what we are paying they should be first or second in conference and at least top ten in the nation.
I did come across the information that Henry signed Gerald Phiri for this year, a sprinter from England. He ran some really good times as a sophomore, but later information was sketchy. That was not announced in any release that I remember.
