The Aggies won a big road victroy by beating Duke 4-3 in Durham this afternoon. Lester Cook closed out the victory at number two. We also won the doubles point which is certainly encouraging. All in all a good road victory for this young team against a quality opponent.

I love to see this kind of performance from some of our freshman this early in the year. Lester's gonna be a big player for us. Ryan and Lester's upset at No. 1 doubles was kinda surprising to me, but a nice welcome. This match is very encouraging at this point in the season, especially considering we did it without Keith, who will likely play either #2 or #3 singles and probably team w/ someone at #2 doubles.

AggieDoc you get my message that we won? I think we are going to be better than I thought. IT was a big win. By the way how was the chicken?

Keith did not make the trip to Durham due to disciplinary infraction. He should be ready to go on the 15th against Texas in Houston.

Since there are only 7 points possible, what happens is that once one team gets four points, all remaining matches stop because the winner of the meet has already been decided. 4-0 is no different than 4-3 in terms of who is the winner of the meet.
