Why did Henry leave LSU in the first place?

ESPN2 has coverage of the Penn Relays today from 1-3 pm CST.

The women's 4x1 NCAA record is 42.50, so both LSU and A&M were really moving. It will be a great race at the championships.

I think the biggest problem facing the Aggies, which is evident from LSU's success, is that LSU simply expects to win, and that mentality hasn't caught on with the Aggie sprinters just yet. LSU has been a great program for a long time, and that didn't stop when Henry left to come here. They are still an intimidating force to be lined up next to, and no matter how fast the Aggies run, they have to feel like they belong at the front of the race before a championship will come as anything other than a surprise.

Henry is a great coach, and I think after some more high profile wins and fast times, the mentality will start to catch and the Aggies will get that extra edge they need to be a great program.
