I'm joining my first bowling league this summer, and have no idea how to calculate handicap. Can somebody explain in simpleton terms? Gracias

depends on your league handicap system. it is based on your average and 80% (typically). Usually the same formula.

So:

League Handicap = 200
Your average = 160
(200-160) x 80% = 32

32 is your handicap
