I saw Justin Oliver DQ's in the 400m prelims. Does this DQ him for the NCAAs?

I believe the way it works is that if Oliver has an NCAA Automatic Qualifying Time he should still be able enter the meet. I don't know what the auto qualifying time is, but I'm pretty sure with his times he should be fine.

Nope he is gone, just found the rules you can get an at large bid if you finish top 12 which he obviously did not achieve.

Yep, you're right. I just read those rules in the Championship Handbook for Track and Field. Here is the link in case anyone else wants to check it out. There goes a few points for the men.
