Looks like it is a sprinter from Tennessee, given all the hints on the trackshark thread. She is a freshmen this year, so would have to be an upcoming transfer. I guess we shall see.

The only person I could guess from Tenn. looking at their roster was Jeneba Tarmoh: http://utladyvols.com/track-and-field/playerbio.aspx?id=36370

I believe she has the fastest 100m time for a Freshman this year.

No, Vashti will enroll next fall on schedule. She won three events at the California meet a couple of weeks ago - hurdles, tj, and lj.
