On the goal-line stand game, Nitro played at the front for the first guy (black) and stopped him, and when the pretty-boy white guy from Mississippi went, Nitro played back 3 yards to give him a running start. Was whitey better for the ratings? What was that about? Guess I never noticed when I was a kid...

I'm sure it had nothing to do with race - j/k. But I hadn't noticed that the gladiators deliberately threw events to make the scores close going into the Eliminator. And it's pretty funny watching those old clips of Joe Theisman. Bet he couldn't believe how far he had fallen.

...and Malibu. I wonder what ever happened to that "dude." Probably got his butt kicked by a 9 year old and lived out his remaining years in a convalescence home.
