I don't think you will catch it on television. Here is the live results online if you don't have it already.

Go to www.NBC.com and find the link for broadcast schedule. I found it lurking in the alternating script based pannel near the top. Once you find it, it will ask for your zip code and cable/satellite provider. Eventually it will show you all of the channels in your area that are showing the olympics. Once you get to that screen, look around for the search feature at the top. You can search for the date/time certain events will be aired. If it's not on tv they'll have it available to watch online I think.
