I am headed out tonight to Seattle to pickup our vans for the Race. Did not know if anyone else was competing in the Hood to Coast Race

(FYI - Running Race from Mt. Hood to the Oregon Coast 197 miles)

Good luck! I ran it last year and had a blast. I slept for about 90 minutes, which was 90 minutes more than anyone else on my team. If you have time after the race I highly recommend a day hiking (or running) Columbia River Gorge finished off with a few drinks at the Full Sail Brewery.

My Dad is from Lake Oswego and Parents live on the Columbia River, so I get to do the other stuff all the tim. This trip is only for the race. When we are done we are going to stay in Astoria Saturday night and drink a lot.
