He doesn't wear loose golf shirts. He wears fairly fitted ones that show off his guns. But I'm not so sure about the 450 claim, for the reason noted above.
But yeah, the dude is a pretty amazing athletic specimen, and I don't care how gay that sounds.
bench press is a bad exercise for golf. not that weight lifting is necessarily bad, but bench is not great. a golfer would never want to bench 450 lbs...atleast not a good golfer. if you do bench its best with light weight.

Tiger is just a great athlete that decided to play golf. I am pretty sure he could have played any sport he wanted to. He is an ATHLETE. And I agree with the above poster. You don't really bench for golf. It makes your chest muscles to big if you do it to much and makes it hard to turn your shoulders while keeping your weight over the ball. Having said that I wouldn't doubt that he COULD bench 450, that guy is a beast.
Yes, he has gotten bigger but I think people blow it out of proportion a lot. According to this article (granted, I fully acknowledge it was written 14 months ago), he was around 185 pounds and trains primarily to muscle failure at high reps.
