The infamous "You Dah Man" guy got warned by the chair umpire about yelling out between 1st and 2nd serves, and was later told to "Shut up" by the UCLA players on the court next to Lester and Ryan. Later in the same match, he was told to shut up by some guy in the stands and it looked like they were gonna call security on the man. He was a little less vocal afterwards.

I'm all for whoop'in it up and supporting the guys, but that guy was out of control yesterday, and he has one of those voices that just bores through your brain like a impact drill.

Here we (or I should say the athletic department and volunteers) have put on a fine event, and visitors may leave remembering "that hick" in the stands above all else. I would hate for that to be the case.

Props to the gentleman who finally went over yesterday and asked him to tone it down. We'll see how it goes today.
