Aljan's 100 fly split in the 400 medley relay was 2 secs faster than anyone else in the field.

She is on fire....

Christine Marshall ripped off a 22.93 - a damn good time for someone who normally swims 200s and 500s.

Codie's 4:44 was also a great 500 time.

Texas A&M’s Triin Aljand swam what briefly appeared to be the fastest 50-yard freestyle in NCAA history at the Adamson Invitational in College Station, only to have the record disallowed when the pool was found to be just over one inch short.

Aljand, a native of Estonia who had never cleared the 22-second barrier before in her career, posted a time of 21.61. The record of 21.63 was set by Kara Lynn Joyce of Georgia at the 2006 NCAA Championships.

Is this done by A&M's rec services (or whatever they are called) or the athletic department?

Ha, wow. That is pathetic. That is two records that have been screwed up.
