True, it wouldnt've mattered, because t.u. would've just not exhibitioned the last half of the meet and creamed us anyways.
But still, the times were not looking very good, at all. Did they drop the fast skins?
Just eyeballing it, Balazs added 4 seconds in the 200 and 2 seconds in the 100.
Loney added 9 in the 500.
Shawn Clarke added 2 in the 100.
Boris added 2.5 off his relay split from SMU in the fly. Call it 1.5 after a relay adjustment.
Kyle Holland added 4 seconds to his relay split in the 100 back.
Andres added .5 seconds to his 100 back time from the LSU meet.
Casey Strange had a good split in the medley (19.68) but not as good in the 200Fr. (29.94).
Even Grant Nel lost 50 points off of his 3m score.
On a positive note, Eric and Cam's scores both looked good.
What happened, no skins? Can't get up for the TEXAS meet like they do for SMU??? Fastskins shouldn't account for some of these time differences.
Did the guys have a hard week of practice or something? One final buildup before starting the final ascent to NCAA's?
Hope the last 2 meets look a lot more like the SMU meet than the Texas meet. Gotta find a way to get themselves going even when they're overmatched, because that's how Big XII's are going to be.
