Really happy to see our girls get some recognition. Sarah had played well all 4 years here and really dominated for us this year. Jennifer really improved over the last 2 years and was also very key and clutch for us this year. Glad to see both of them make the First team.

Also happy to see Lindsey make the freshmen team as she played really well this year and had some big games for us. I'm curious if Alicia and/or Tori some many votes?

What happened to Batis this year? I couldn't attend any games...

Ya know, Mary has been great for our program. And she's always puts up big numbers. But she never seems to play quite as well when you watch her as her numbers indicate that she plays.

She's won the team's defensive MVP award the last 2 years, but I remember last season, other teams still picked her to serve at A LOT.

Mary Batis has her ups and downs, just like any other player. But, to use an appropriate cliche, she is a "must have" on the court! No doubt about it! Even when she struggles offensively, she is a vacuum on defense. You just don't collect all those MVP's and All Tournaments and scoring records and dig numbers without being pretty damn good!
