That's great to see. I know it's early, but the guys would be in an outstanding position if they could get a distance guy in the mix at NCAA's.

And if there was any question as to how significant the t.u. dual was, this poll clarifies: not at all (we stay at #1, t.u. women drop out).

We still do not have any projected points from Henry in the 400 in this weeks rankings. As soon as he runs an open 400, we will start looking even better.
