It was exciting to watch Curtis Mitchell win the 200m. He can run. Only a soph indoors.
Hopefully, Tabarie and Demetrius will be just as exciting today.
Who would have foreseen that our Women would earn only 4 points on Day 1? Big surprise. Twelve to fourteen points was probably what most people expected.

MEN:
Unless they stumble and fall, it looks like Florida will win.

Currently: Florida (20), Oregon (10), Aggies (10)
Possible points today:
Hep - OR (10), FL (1)
TJ - AM (15), FL (10)
Mile - OR (14)
400m - FL (10), AM (8) -- we should get more pts in this race
60m - FL (10), AM (1)
800m - OR 910)
4x400 - AM (10), FL (6)

Total: Florida (57), Aggies (46), Oregon (44)
= = =
WOMEN:
It seems that neither the Ags nor Oregon want to win and both have fallen back into a group that includes Florida, Tennessee, and LSU.

Currently: Tenn (16), Oregon (13), Florida (6), LSU (6), Aggies (4)
Possible points today:
Pent - OR (8)
SP - FL (11)
PV - LSU (5), OR (1)
Mile - FL (10), OR (8)
TJ - FL (8), LSU (2)
60mH - AM (11)
400m - AM (10), OR (3)
60m - LSU (10), AM (4)
800m - TN (18), LSU (6)
3000m - TN (6)
4x400 - AM (8), OR (6), LSU (5)

Total: Tenn (40), Oregon (39), Aggies (37), Florida (35), LSU (34)

The Women's trophy may come down to the last event - the 4x400 - just like the Men's outdoor championship last year.

Maybe the events on Day 2 will be as unpredictable as they were on Day 1.

They have a link for live streaming from the ncaasports.com. I believe it is also on ESPN 360.

Both 400m guys ran pretty poorly. Probably will get 6-7.

TJ guys look like they are doing very well.

60mH girls finish with two less points than scheduled.

Title hopes are pretty much totally gone on the mens side to Florida. They pretty much have the title completely sewn up with the 400m and TJ.

What is happening to the track teams this year.

Nearly all the performers have regressed from where they were a month ago.

Florida Men will win Mens Title.

Oregon Women will win Womens Title.

This is quite a bit of a disappointment for both teams to have this performance.

It is over.

Using MidTn predictions we would finish behind Or by 2 pts.

On the day we are -2 on the day. OR is +14 by my calculations. Tenn is the only team I could see catching OR and I'm not even sure that is possible.

Do you even have a clue what a small margin that is? Oregon may win, but it will come down to the last event. Things have hardly gone according to prediction so far.

2 pts is a small margin.

The current predictions would have a spread of 16 points going into the mile relay.

Unless we can score 17 points in the mile relay with OR winning anything I would say its over.

I may be off on how may points I have Oregon winning in the pole vault (2nd). But I haven't been able to get live results working to check the numbers I have scribbled watching the live stream.
