It's one of those matches that's really evenly matched, and it's hard to really handicap it. Will be a 4-3 win one way or the other, it just depends on which team shows up to play and which doesn't.

We're coming off a week where we just beat #9 Baylor and #14 Tech. So yeah, doubles will be important and someone needs to step up.

I don't think you can really pick one or the other that's clearly better. Should be an awesome match.

Not really sure how this plays out. Both teams are good...Texas has a little more experienced team probably and have been playing well at home....we need to find a way to win at number one doubles, and then split the next two...winning doubles would really set the table for the upset. The best thing we have going for us is that we think we are going to win, and after the last number of matches, I'm not going to be the guy to say that they can't do it. I know the kids would really love to win the championship and get the ring, but there will be a lot of tennis to be played after Friday. We should have an exciting ride the rest of the way.

The doubles point will decide it.

It will be a battle for sure. The Ags are playing a lot better than we lost to tu 4-3. We are strong at the top of the lineup but weak at #2 and #3 doubles and #5 and #6 singles. I wish the match was in CS.

Anyone know what they'll do if the weather isn't cooperating on Saturday?

Gotta believe there's some halfway decent indoor courts somewhere in Austin.

4 pm at Penick Allison tennis courts on the tu campus is the schedule for now. I cant think of any other indoors besides Lakeway, and they only have two. The closest courts I know of to Austin are either here (which are indoors only because they are covered) or T-Bar-M in New Braunfels.

The Texas women have actually moved matches to the indoor courts of the Thousand Oaks Raquet Club in San Antonio before. Don't know if that's an option anymore or if the men have done that.

Just saw on FB that the match is moved to Wednesday...muster. Oops? Can one of you guys with connections (Raven) look into getting that changed? It would make people very happy.
